Sometimes things happen. If for any reason you have an issue with your order, we would be happy to help resolve it.
We want you to have the perfect fitting garment. If you receive your product and need it in a different size, please refer to our sizing chart and we would be more than happy to help exchange it.
If the issue is one of style and for whatever reason, you wish to return it, your order can be returned within 60 days of delivery provided one very important condition is met: The product must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. We can totally tell the difference when our products have been worn, so don't even think about it buster! Infinite Apparel may reject a refund if the product does not meet our guidelines. To apply for a refund, please use the button at the top of this page to visit our return center, or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject.
If you would like to exchange your product for something else in our store, let us know and we will be happy to issue you store credit upon receipt so you can pick out something that might be more suitable for you or your loved one at no penalty.
All clearance item sales are FINAL, meaning no chance of a refund back to your original method of payment. We strongly encourage you to double check the sizing charts before ordering, as clearance items are only available in the sizes listed and may be items that we are no longer producing in any size. If you receive your product and you really don't like it, we will issue you a store credit in the purchase amount, minus a 25% restocking fee, provided it meets the regular return criteria listed above.
