Returns & Exchanges (USA Only):
We really hope that you love your new Infinite Apparel products, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out the way we all think they should. If you receive your product and need it in a different size, don't feel bad about that extra slice of pizza. This is sometimes due to the nature of hand made products. Please email us right away by using the form at the bottom of the page or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and providing us with your order number and size you need and we will be happy to facilitate a one time size exchange at no additional cost.
If the issue is one of style and you really don't like your new product for whatever reason, (unless otherwise noted below) your order can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided one very important condition is met: The product must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. We can totally tell the difference when our products have been worn, no matter how well you think Mom can get the sweat stains out from that festival last weekend. We WILL keep your return without giving you a refund if you send us back something worn, so please don't even try. Assuming the returned product is in it's new and perfect condition, after inspection there will be a 25% restocking fee applied and the balance will be issued back to the original method of payment. If you would like to exchange your product for something else in our store, let us know and we will be happy to issue you a full refund to a gift card or store credit upon receipt so you can pick out something that might be more suitable for you or your loved one at no penalty.
All clearance item sales are FINAL, meaning no chance of a refund back to your original method of payment. We strongly encourage you to double check the sizing charts before ordering, as clearance items are only available in the sizes listed and may be items that we are no longer producing in any size. If you receive your product and you really don't like it, we will issue you a store credit in the purchase amount, minus a 25% restocking fee, provided it meets the regular return criteria listed above.
With our "Mystery Box" deals, all sales are FINAL. While the contents of the packages are picked by our staff at random, we guarantee that you will not receive multiple of the same item in any single package. You may be receiving products that we are no longer producing, or designs that we have produced in limited quantities that have never been seen outside of our workshop before and therefore we will not guarantee any particular selection of designs. If you're not sure if you want to take such a risk as to order a mystery box of awesome stuff, consult your nearest oracle. If you're not sure what size you need, we strongly recommend you check out our sizing charts before ordering. If you receive your products and they do not fit, we may be able to exchange the mystery box items out for a different size if we have the size available, so please contact us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can check. We cannot guarantee that exchanges for size will be available and all mystery box sales are otherwise FINAL, no exceptions. In the case of a size exchange, ALL items in the mystery box MUST exchanged together (no picking and choosing). Mystery boxes returned incomplete will be discarded and you will get nothing. While it may be a mystery to you, we sure do remember every mystery box we pack, so no funny stuff Lebowski!
Returns & Exchanges (International):
Since we are based and produce all of our products in the USA, we strongly recommend that our international customers consult our sizing charts before ordering. Due to international shipping times, any returns or exchanges must be in process within 7 days of the delivery of the order, so we recommend that you email us immediately by using the form below or emailing email@example.com if there are any issues. In the case of an international order that needs to be returned or exchanged for size, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us to be processed for return, preferably with tracking and insurance, as well as any additional cost of shipment in the case of size exchange. We are not responsible for returning items lost in the international mail, and a refund or credit will only be issued once the items are returned and verified. We are not responsible for any international taxes or import fees that may apply. International postage will not be refunded in the case of return, in addition to any applicable restocking fees. All other return and exchange policy items, unless directly addressed here, remain the same as the USA return and exchange policy listed above.
